Chanatip Noodle is Korat noodles of Taku district. The legend of Taku noodles is a local wisdom that originated from the idea of preserving or processing food from rice by making rice noodles for having them in their own family. This kind of noodles was previously called “hand-rubbed noodles.” At present, the community use rich noodles which are produced in the local factory and have similar quality. A unique flavored seasoning sauce is prepared for stir-frying rice noodles more conveniently. The seasoning sauce for stir-fried noodles is made with a unique recipe and with the shop-owned making process. The seasoning sauce is packed in a sachet included with rice noodles. The product is available for retail of 100 grams per set or large pack of 100 sets.
