Miss Piggy is a new kind of pork snack made from the manufacturer’s original recipe. It can be eaten as a snack or as a side dish with drinks.  Fine pork loin is selected to be used as a raw material, which one pig has only one loin part, to get a lean pork skin. The manufacturing process includes boiling the selected pork loin with natural rainwater and using a traditional charcoal firewood stove to get the aroma of charcoal firewood. Then, braising it with the shop’s authentic recipe before deep-frying using saturated lard oil without trans fat, which is used only once and then discarded, not reused. Organically grown kaffir lime leaves are added during deep-frying to enhance the aroma and they are non-greasy. The product is packed in moisture-proof foil packets / bags in the size 60 grams and 180 grams.
