High Protein Rice Milk Drink “Charary”. It was started from the idea aiming to increase the production potential of processed rice products. The manufacturer co-worked with researchers to conduct research and experiments to create a prototype product, using volcanic organic rice grown in Khok Lam Subdistrict, Lam Plai Mat District, Buriram Province to be processed into milk powder of brown rice mixed with cereal grains under Charary brand. 

                  Milk powder of brown rice mixed with cereal grains targets mainly at health-conscious customers, particularly the elderly and the patients. The manufacturing method is grinding rice grains thoroughly into a rich and nutritious grain blend, packed in a bag weighted 40 grams, which is equal to 1 cup of porridge.
