Tum &Tum’s Shrimp flavor rice sweet (Krayasart) is made from the fine local jasmine rice and homemade pickled shrimp. The production process includes roasting jasmine rice, peanuts, sesame and sugar with seasoning ingredients. For the pickled shrimps, tiny freshwater shrimps will be pickled with good salt and fish sauce for 2-3 days, then mixed with the roasted rice and marinated for another 2-3 days to get their good taste and smell. Krayasart Toom and Tam is packed in bundles and boxes for distribution.
