Coffee Recipe Instant Rice Drink powder: The product was started from 120 groups of farmers in Phon Thong Subdistrict, Muang District, Chaiyaphum Province, who formed a community enterprise together with Mae Jo University, Chiang Mai Province, Chum Phae Rice Research Center, and Rice Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. This cooperation project aimed to develop and cultivate Jasmine Rice 105 in order to export and distribute it abroad. After this project ended, the community enterprise therefore started manufacturing a new product using organic Sangyod rice, Homnil Rice, and germinated Jasmine Rice to be processed into rice powder drink. 

           Production process of Red Naga rice powder drink includes soaking, fermenting, and steaming rice until it germinated and then cracked the seeds to make powder. It is packaged in a bottle weighted 300 grams and sold in a pack of 6 bottles.
