Pornnaphas Chinese Spring Roll was started as a small business in Buriram, then expanded to Nakhon Ratchasima. The signature Khanom Pia dessert of the shop is Khanom Pia filled with salted eggs. This product is made from rice flour from jasmine rice grown in Nakhon Ratchasima areas and salted eggs specifically ordered from Phichit province of which salted egg yolks do not have fishy smell. Family-owned recipe is applied in the production and without using any additives. For packaging, the dessert is placed in a small tray and placed in a vacuum laminated bag to maintain the quality for up to 25 days.
