Lung Khan’s Napier Grass Farm is a Napier grass growing farm on 220 rai of production area where Uncle Khan plans to expand it to 480 rai by 2020. The expanded area will be then used to plant grass and sell it to farmers and livestock farms in order that it can replace animal feed from other raw materials such as corn or cassava, which has a high cost. As for farmers with large farms, they can buy grass for planting and cutting off by themselves. When the grass is cut, it will sprout immediately and can be cut for sale every two month on a single investment. As for buyers with small farms, Uncle Khan's grass field will crush Napier grass and sell it to the farm for instant animal feed. In addition, the farm also has fermented grass which can be stored for 5 months, so buyers can choose to buy according to their usage. For compacted grass and fermented grass, sales will be managed in a weight of 100 kg or starting from one ton.
