The production process of pressed puffed rice includes cooking the KorKhor 6 glutinous rice, baking, pressing into sticks, then deep-frying in hot oil to make the rice puffed and crisp. When the processed rice has stabilized, it will be baked again before putting it in an airtight plastic bag. Packaging is managed in 200 grams per bag.
