De Maya Mixed Meat Sausage is homemade sausage with fresh herbs. It is made from fine organic jasmine rice and good quality of pork neck, then added flavor with fragrant herbs to have an authentic taste like sausages from Chiang Mai. The serving way is convenient by heating the products in the microwave until they smell nice or by deep-frying on low heat. De Meya homemade sausage products come in two types, with and without herbs. The manufacturing process includes roughly pounding jasmine rice, well mixing all with meat ingredients (pork or beef) and various herbs, then steaming the mixture so that it is ready to eat. The products are packed in a bag of 100 gram.
