Ko-racha Sukiyaki Dipping Sauce is a homemade sukiyaki sauce, which is made from spring bitter cucumber grown by the organic farmer network. It is a sukiyaki sauce which is delicious and healthy for all ages with health concerns. The production process includes mashing spring bitter cucumber to separate its meat and boiling it to eliminate the odor. After that, it is seasoned with various ingredients such as salt, garlic, coriander, onion, and mixed with chili with different levels of desired spiciness such as mild, medium, and hot.  The products are contained in a bottle of 250 ml and can be stored for 6 months.
