Mitr Chinese Bun is a Chinese steamed bun. There are savory flavor stuffed with minced pork or red pork as well as sweet flavor stuffed with taro. Mit Steam Bun also offers other products such as shumai, and hargow, served with steamed buns. The shop’s steamed buns are made from wheat flour fermented with yeast or baking powder and other ingredients and then molded into a round ball stuffed with minced pork, red pork or taro, then steamed until cooked. The products can be purchased in the dining areas, at various festival booths and in department stores in Surin Province.
