In House Training on Food Sanitation Program for Entrepreneurs and Food Contact
To comply with the hygienic regulations of food distribution locations B.E. 2561 and the announcement
of the Ministry of Public Health, subject: rules and procedures for training operators and food Contact
B.E. 2561 (2018) in order to comply with the notification of the Ministry of Public Health on criteria, all
entrepreneurs and food contact have to pass the training by of this course 16 December 2020, subject
to license renew every 3 years
Who are the entrepreneurs and food Contact?
Entrepreneurs are individuals or juristic persons that have obtained a license or certificate, identifying
of their place to sell food including those who are assigned to control, supervise or oversee the operations
of that food place.
Food Contact are people involved in food, from the process of preparing, assembling, selling, and serving
food including washing, and storing equipment and containers
The operator and food contact have to be trained in accordance with the rules and procedures under
the notification of the Ministry of Public Health, Re: Establishing criteria and methods for training food
entrepreneurs and food contact B.E. 2561. Suranaree University of Technology is an agency that has
been approved by the Department of Health as a unit for training operators and food contact, as
announced on 13 August 2019
