Lung Kan’s Napier Grass Farm, beginning with good planning based on decades of accumulated experience, working at BAAC till retiring and doing a lot of business. He, uncle Karn has turned seriously to farming of grass cropping with systematic planning and management. Starting from 220 rai in early 2017 with support from Chok Yuenyong Flour Mill it could expand business till today. Working in agriculture is much more difficult than other occupations such as production, weathering, insect, diseases. Systematic management processes are the most important. But it is indispensable to have good governance in the occupation. You need to have determination, not exploiting partners, customers. Cost may be rising from rain or other factors. the price will be the same, excepting for the rising cost from fuel price, labor costs and machinery only with affects farm expenses. Today, I would like to thank all customers who have gone along together for 2 years more. This year we plan to expand the production area from the original 480 rai to meet the needs of customers in order to support customers to have good quality forage at a reasonable price. Therefore, marketing is less necessary for me as my way is to treat customers like relatives and friend.
