Mee Korat (Mee Taku) It has been from the local wisdom by the local people who want to preserve and processing food from existing rice by stirring noodle for consumption during festival or various merit events. Soi Black foot is the name of a place in Nakorn San Village, No. 2, Taku Subdistrict, Pak Thong Chai District. Currently, the family has made noodle since grandparents until present which the noodle is called “hand-rubbing noodle” The noodle is made from wheat flour into strips which were made on clay pots using firewood as fuel. Later, the rice noodles were brought from factory, and soaked and dried the noodle by themselves which make more convenient and the quality is not different from what we do ourselves And later, there was the development of making stirred fry sauce that makes more convenient to stir and fry the noodle. It can be kept for longer time. They develop their own unique formula, ratio, and cooking process to make kind this noodle.
