Crispy Pickled Fish- Mae Ya Fried Pickled Fish.  We bring clean boiled pickled fish and boil it until becoming meat to be the fermented fish.   After that we  fry them with or without flour-mix depended on recipe. It can be eaten as an appetizer and also can be eaten as a side dish with rice even better.
